Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 14, 2026
This Policy describes what data the independent game studio CONLUDIUM ("we", "the Studio") collects when you use the conludium.com website, our games and related services, how we use it, and what rights you have.
1. What we collect
- Account data: your login and password (the password is stored only as a cryptographic hash), and optionally an avatar.
- Content you post: comments, reviews, ratings and the name you provide with them.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, server logs, and error reports used for diagnostics.
- Cookies and session data required to sign in and operate the site.
- Two-factor authentication and passkey data (if you enable them).
2. Discord Rich Presence
Our games may display your game status ("Playing...") in the Discord application installed on your device. This feature works locally between the game and Discord; we do not receive or store your Discord profile data. You can disable activity display in your Discord settings.
3. How we use data
- to provide and operate the site, accounts and services;
- to display your content (comments, reviews);
- to ensure security and prevent abuse and spam;
- to diagnose errors and improve the services.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Third parties
We use third-party services that may process some data: our hosting provider, an error-monitoring service, and platforms you reach through links (Discord, Steam, Telegram, YouTube). Data processing by those platforms is governed by their own policies.
5. Data retention
We keep account data for as long as your account exists, and published content until it is deleted. Technical logs are kept for a limited time and rotated periodically.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS), password hashing, and support for two-factor authentication and passkeys. No method of transmission is ever completely secure.
7. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and you may delete your account. To do so, contact us using the details below.
8. Children
The services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from such users.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page; the last-updated date is shown above.
