These Terms govern your use of the conludium.com website, as well as the games, applications and online services of the independent game studio CONLUDIUM ("we", "the Studio"). By using the site or services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
1. The services
We provide an informational website about the Studio and its games, news and devlogs, plus the ability to create an account, leave comments and reviews, download game builds and use related features. The services are provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued without prior notice.
2. Your account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and do not share access with third parties. We may suspend or delete an account that violates these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- post unlawful, abusive, misleading content or spam;
- infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property rights;
- attempt to hack, overload or disrupt the services;
- scrape or harvest data through automated means without our permission.
4. Your content
Comments, reviews and other material you post remain yours. By posting them you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display them as part of operating the services. You are responsible for having the right to post such content. We may remove material that violates these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
The Studio's games, text, graphics, logos and other materials are protected by law and belong to CONLUDIUM or its licensors. Downloaded game builds are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6. Third-party services
The services may integrate with third-party platforms (Discord, Steam, Telegram, YouTube, etc.). Your use of those is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their operation.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The services are provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the Studio is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or lost profits arising from your use of the services.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page; the last-updated date is shown above.
